For web design packages, please make sure you have everything you need to complete your order prior to ordering. That includes all designs, texts you'd like included on your website, images, products, pricing, and description. This is to ensure that your order is completed in a timely manner. Images are needed for a website design. If no images are available, stock images can be used for an additional price. Please contact us for more information.  we reserve the right to determine if a project can be completed by us. In the event we feel we cannot meet your design needs, we will notify you and applicable refunds issued.

Turnaround Time
 

TURN AROUND TIME BEGINS ONLY WHEN WE HAVE RECEIVED ALL THE REQUIRED INFORMATION.

Please send all required information within 7 days of placing your order. This includes design forms, images, and any applicable text. If this information is not received within the 7 days, a full refund will be issued and order cancelled(unless other arrangements have been made. Please contact us if other arrangements are needed).

Logo designs and branding products:

Maximum of 72 business hours turnaround time with regular turnaround

Maximum 1 business day with expedited turnaround

Turnaround time begins when we receive the design form and any logos/ information to complete the Design. Orders are sent anytime up to 11:59 PM PST on the designated date.

Website design:

Regular Turnaround:  10-15 Business Days

Speed Turnaround: 5-7 Business Days 

Even More Speed Turnaround: 2-3 Business Days

You may receive your order anytime up to 11:59 pm on the designated date.

Late Design forms/Incomplete Information:

If we receive your design forms, images, or information late (after 1 week), there is a risk that a longer turnaround time may be applied to your designs, based on our cue at the time of receipt. If our cue is full or closed by the time your information is sent in, a fee of $150 may be assessed to add you back to our cue. To avoid any delays or fees, please ensure that you are completing the design form and sending all information in within the time frame specified. 

 

Deposits are NONREFUNDABLE unless the error is at the fault of the company.

 

TURNAROUND TIME DOES NOT INCLUDE SATURDAYS, SUNDAYS, AND HOLIDAYS! 

 

* Orders received over the weekend are considered received on Monday with the turnaround time beginning on Tuesday.

 

 

​Edits

LOGO AND BRANDING PRODUCTS

All logo and branding product designs come with three(3) free edits. You may be as descriptive as you would like with each edit. To ensure no edits are wasted, please be very descriptive to the details you'd like included or changed in the sample. Any edits after 3 edits will incur an additional fee. Once the edits have been confirmed and the designs have been sent, any additional edits will incur additional fees. Edits are completed within 24 business hours.

WEB DESIGN

All web design packages come with five(5) free edits. You may be as descriptive as you would like with each edit. To ensure no edits are wasted, please be very descriptive to the details you'd like included or changed in the sample. Any edits after 5 edits will incur an additional fee. Once the edits have been confirmed and the designs have been sent, any additional edits will incur additional fees. Edits may take up to 1 week to process depending on the extent of the edit

 

If your design form and images were received after the 1 week grace period,

WHEN ORDERING A WEB DESIGN PACKAGE, THE ENTIRE PACKAGE MUST BE COMPLETED AT ONCE. IT CANNOT BE SPLIT UP OR SEPARATED. PLEASE ONLY ORDER A WEB DESIGN PACKAGE WHEN YOU'RE READY TO COMPLETE IT IN ITS ENTIRETY. IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO HAVE AN PART OF THE PACKAGE PRIOR TO THE OTHERS, YOU MUST PURCHASE THEM SEPARATELY.

 

Sales

Designs purchased on a sale may be slightly delayed in processing. In the event we are delayed, we will contact you and offer a refund as an option if the delay exceeds your time frame. 

Refunds

No refunds will be granted upon placing your order, unless if the error is the fault of PrettyGrlsDesign.. Graphic design is a service business and once an order is placed the design begins. As a designer, my time must be compensated. We appreciate your understanding.

File Format

Files for logos are sent in png, jpeg, SVG, and pdf form(pdf and svg only if specifically requested). You may also request the original file.
 

Requirements 

Upon completing your order, please fill out the design form. This ensures we capture all needed information for your project. Please fill this form out in its entirety to ensure we meet your design needs.


Communication

Graphic design requires honest and consistent communication. We are happy to edit the designs for you and if a design doesn't meet your needs, please let us know! We promise, we don't mind editing the designs as long as it is within the amount of free edits provided. Be very detailed, we love that!

While we understand life gets in the way sometimes, we prefer you do not place your order until you are able to dedicate the time to complete the project. Once your order is received, processing begins and we may reach out for additional information or clarity of the vision. If at the time we reach out, you are unable to dedicate time to the order, please let us know! We will pause the project and check back in at a later date. We will attempt to reach out up to 5 times. If no response is received, we must cancel the order. We apologize if this causes any inconvenience.
