All U.S. Federal Holidays: CLOSED (If a holiday falls on a weekend, we will be closed the Friday before and the Monday after.)
Turnaround Time
- Turnaround begins only when all required information is received.
- Please provide all necessary information (design forms, images, text, etc.) within 7 days of placing your order. If not received, the order will be canceled, and a full refund issued (unless other arrangements have been made).
- Days we are closed are not included in the turnaround time.
Branding Products
- Regular Turnaround: Up to 5 business days
- Expedited Turnaround: Up to 2 business days
- Turnaround time begins when all required information is received. Orders may be delivered up to 11:59 pm on the designated date.
Website Design
- Regular Turnaround: 4 - 6 weeks
- Speed Turnaround (+$150): 2 weeks
- More Speed Turnaround (+$300): 5 business days

Late Design Forms/Incomplete Information
- If design forms, images, or information are received late, turnaround time may be extended.
- A fee may be applied to add your order back to the queue if received after the queue is full or closed ($150 for web design, $20 for branding).
- To avoid delays, please submit all required information within the specified time frame.
Edits
Branding Products
- Three (3) free edits included. Be detailed in your requests. Additional edits will incur fees.
- Edits are completed within 72 business hours.
- Once edits are confirmed, additional changes will incur extra fees.
Web Design
- Three (3) free edits included. Be detailed in your requests. Additional edits will incur fees.
- Edits may take up to 1 week depending on their complexity.
- Late submission of forms and images may result in a fee of up to $150.
Note: The entire web design package must be completed at once. It cannot be split. If you want individual parts completed separately, you must purchase them individually.
Technical Support
- Technical support starts upon the approval and transfer of the web design.
- Each package includes 1 hour for a Zoom introduction and 14 days of email/text support.
- If we are removed from your platform, technical support is void.
Sales
- Services booked during a sale may experience delays due to high demand.
- Sale prices do not apply to expedited fees.
- Discount codes must be applied at checkout. We cannot process discounts manually.
General Subscription & Installment Policy
Installment Plans
Payment Schedule
For subscription and installment-based services, payments are divided into three equal installments, billed every two weeks from the date of your order. This automated billing cycle ensures timely progress on your project and adherence to the agreed timeline.
Non-Cancelable Terms
Once your order is placed and the first payment is made, the plan cannot be canceled. Please ensure your commitment to the project before proceeding with the installment plan.
Project Progress
We will begin working on your project after the first payment is received. A sample preview will be provided after the third and final payment to ensure the project meets your expectations. Final project delivery is contingent upon full payment completion.
Monthly Subscriptions
This is a monthly subscription that is billed automatically to your payment method on file. Charges are processed on the same date each month based on the original purchase date.
Minimum Commitment
A minimum commitment of 3 months is required for all monthly subscription plans. Early cancellations or failed payments before completing the 3-month commitment will result in a permanent ban from accessing our services in the future.
Cancellation Policy
- Subscriptions may only be canceled after the 3-month minimum commitment period has been met.
- Cancellation requests must be submitted via your account dashboard or by contacting customer support at [insert email/contact details].
- Any cancellations made after the start of a billing cycle will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
Terms of Subscriptions and Installments
Auto-Billing & Failed Payments
Installments are auto-billed every two weeks to the payment method on file. In the event of a failed payment:
- A maximum of three retry attempts will be made to process the payment.
- If payment remains unsuccessful, your service will be cancelled.
Reinstatement Fee for Cancelled Orders
Cancelled services due to nonpayment will incur a $100 reinstatement fee to resume the project. Alternatively, any payments made prior to cancellation will be forfeited.
Refund Policy
Payments made under this subscription or installment plan are non-refundable. Cancelled orders cannot be reinstated without paying the applicable fee, and previously paid amounts are not transferable or refundable.
Important Notes
Please ensure that your payment method remains active and has sufficient funds to avoid interruptions in service. By agreeing to this subscription or installment plan, you acknowledge and accept these terms.
Modifications to Subscription Plans
We reserve the right to modify the terms, features, or pricing of subscription plans at any time. Subscribers will be notified of any changes in advance, and your continued use of the subscription will signify your acceptance of the updated terms.
Refunds
- No refunds will be granted once the order is placed unless the error is on PrettyGrlsDesign's part.
- Graphic design is a service, and once started, the designer's time must be compensated.
File Format
- Logo files are sent in PNG, JPEG, SVG, and PDF formats (SVG and PDF upon request).
- The original file can also be requested.
Requirements
- Please complete the design form upon ordering to ensure all necessary information is captured.
- Fill out the form thoroughly to meet your design needs.
Photo Editing
- We do not offer photo editing or quality improvements. For best results, use professionally taken photos.
Communication
- Consistent and clear communication is essential for successful design.
- If your design does not meet expectations, let us know within the free edit limits.
- If you are unable to respond promptly, please notify us so we can pause the project. If no response is received after 3 attempts, the order will be canceled.
For orders with expedited turnaround, prompt communication is required. Delays in response may result in processing delays.
Recording of Phone Consultations
Phone consultations may be recorded and posted for web content. All personal information will be omitted and remain anonymous.
