Can I edit my website after you've completed my web design?

Yes, products, services and general texts are editable by you. The banners ( ie slideshows) created for the website aren't editable by you. You would have to purchase a new banner design at here

Can I add my own products to the website?

Yes! Products and services can be added by you. We will show you how to add your products/services during our zoom introduction to your website.

What are main pages and sub pages?

Main pages are the main titles on your menu. Sub pages are the drop down menus.

Do you help us with the platform?

We do offer a one hour zoom introduction to your platform as well as 14 days of technical support for assistance with the website

What is your turnaround time for web designs?

We offer three different options for turnaround times​
✓ Regular Turnaround: 4 - 6 Weeks
✓ Speed Turnaround: 2 Weeks
✓​More Speed Turnaround: 5 Business Days

What do I need for web design?

Before placing your order, take the time out to think of the full scope of your business. Assume you met a stranger and you are marketing or trying to sell your product/service to them. Think of what you will tell them about the business, how you would describe your products or services. Your refund or cancellation policies is also something to think about, how long it would take the to receive the product or service ( ie your shipping policy). Also think of any contact information you would provide to them on behalf of the company. Fully think of every moving part of the business and let us know that information.​

We have created a design form that captures most of the information you will need to complete the web design. However, the design form may not ask for the information that may be specific to only your business. In that instance, please email us any additional information you think we may need. The more you provide to us, the better your web design would be!​

Images are also needed for most web designs. If your logo was not created by us, please also email us the business logo.PLEASE DO NOT SEND US SCREENSHOTS. Screenshots get pixelated the bigger they get and would not submit a clear, concise website. Please send us the original files.​

It is crucial to remember to send us ALL information you may find crucial to your web design. The basis of a great web design is directly correlated to the amount of information and images we receive!

Do I need photos to get started?

Great photos are the basis of a great design. If you do not have any photos, contact us! We may have the option for stock photos depending on your business.

Do you need my login information for my website's platform?

No! We will never require the login information to complete a web design.

Do you offer printing?

As of now, we are a design only company. We do however provide our files in the sizing standard to the industry. You can use websites such as vistaprint, uprint or your local office supply store to print your files

What is your turnaround for branding items?

Our turn around time for branding items are :
5 Bus. Days with regular turnaround
2 Bus. Days with expedited turnaround.

* Orders received over the weekend are considered received on Monday with the turnaround time beginning on Tuesday.

Do you work with countries outside the USA?

Yes we do! No matter the country, we can help!
