A DESIGN FORM WILL BE MADE AVAILABLE TO YOU  UPON COMPLETION OF YOUR PURCHASE. PLEASE FILL OUT THIS FORM FOR BETTER COMPREHENSION OF YOUR STYLE AND EXPECTATIONS. THE TURNAROUND TIME FOR YOUR PACKAGE BEGINS ONLY WHEN THE DESIGN FORM IS RECEIVED. PLEASE SEND ALL PICTURES, INCLUDING LOGOS, TO HELP@PRETTYGRLSDESIGN.COM . PLEASE DO NOT SEND US SCREENSHOTS. TURNAROUND TIME

(Turnaround time does not include Saturdays, Sundays & Holidays) Orders received after normal business hours are considered to be received on the next business day.

REGULAR TURNAROUND: Five (5) Business Days

EXPEDITED TURNAROUND: Two (2) Business Days

Orders received over the weekend are considered received on Monday, with the turnaround time beginning on Tuesday.

Unprofessional

We're sorry to hear about your experience. The full revamp, which are now live on your site, www.kingdomkrowns.com were delivered at no cost. Unfortunately, once we were removed from the platform and the final balance for the licensed stock photos remained unpaid, we could no longer continue services as per our terms.
