Important: Please do not book this package unless you are prepared to work closely with our team to meet your marketing needs. Monthly email content must be submitted by the 15th of each month for delivery within 7 business days.

Please ensure you have all necessary photos, information, text, and product descriptions ready before booking. Turnaround time begins only after we receive all required information from you.

A design form will be provided upon purchase. Please complete this form to outline your style and expectations. The turnaround time for your package starts only once the completed design form is submitted.

Upload all pictures, including logos, directly to the client portal. For best results, use original files (no screenshots).

TURNAROUND TIME

(Turnaround time does not include Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays.) Orders received after normal business hours are considered received on the next business day. All samples for monthly branding are sent within 7 business days.

Orders received over the weekend are considered received on Monday, with the turnaround time beginning on Tuesday.
