Steps 1 and 2 must be completed to begin your web design project. This must be received within 1 week of placing your order. Failure to complete steps 1 and 2 within a week of your order may cause project delays, forfeiture of your deposit, and/or a late fee of $150. Web design packages are completed at once. Logo files, branding items, and the website will be completed by the turnaround time selected at checkout. Screenshots should not be sent in as screenshots only capture the width of your mobile phone. For the best quality, please send original photo files only!
