To process your order, we need photos and wording for your banner. Please provide this on the design form and/or via email at help@prettygrlsdesign.com.
PLEASE DO NOT BOOK THE PACKAGE UNTIL YOU HAVE ALL NECESSARY PHOTOS, INFORMATION, TEXT AND PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS YOU NEED TO COMPLETE YOUR WEB DESIGN. THE TURNAROUND TIME IS BASED ON WHEN WE RECEIVE THE INFORMATION FROM YOU.
A DESIGN FORM WILL BE MADE AVAILABLE TO YOU UPON COMPLETION OF YOUR PURCHASE. PLEASE FILL OUT THIS FORM FOR BETTER COMPREHENSION OF YOUR STYLE AND EXPECTATIONS. THE TURNAROUND TIME FOR YOUR PACKAGE BEGINS ONLY WHEN THE DESIGN FORM IS RECEIVED. PLEASE SEND ALL PICTURES, INCLUDING LOGOS, TO HELP@PRETTYGRLSDESIGN.COM . PLEASE DO NOT SEND US SCREENSHOTS.
